A new limb to ‘Lavana Yoga’ – specifically intended for those wishing to learn and experience different types of Meditation practices.
Bookings are made via the Lavana Yoga App. or by calling Lisa on 0418 602 475 for further details.
Lavana Yoga Members are free to join scheduled classes as part of their membership.
Casual and Class Passes are available to non members (same as the Yoga classes).
We’re currently offering Yoga Nidra / Meditation classes on Tuesdays 5.45pm and Wednesdays 10.45am as well as upcoming workshops and ‘learn to meditate’ courses.
