ABOUT OUR 3 DAY LEARN TO MEDITATE COURSE
The 1 Giant Mind meditation technique is based on traditional yogic teachings made easily accessible for the modern mind.
Led by Lisa Carlyle, owner of Lavana Yoga.This 3-day meditation course teaches a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique that you will enable you practice on your own and make a daily habit.
In the 3 days you will learn:
• The 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique
• How to practice it on your own
• How to understand your personal meditation experiences
• The mechanics of stress and how meditation helps
• Strategies for making meditation a daily habit.
This technique is considered a foundation practice that compliments and enhances other meditation practices.
No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators.

This course runs for 3 x 90 mins sessions over consecutive days.
We are now offering this course online via Zoom. Once you have booked your place I’ll email you 24 hours prior with meeting room membership number and finer details.
You’ll be included in a WhatsApp group with your cohort and will stay together as a group to continue developing your connection by supporting and encouraging each other on your meditation journey.
I also host free regular group meditations for those who’ve completed this course with me.
