MEET TEE ~ YOUR STUDIO CREATER AND OWNER
Did you know Tee’s name is actually Teresa! Tee became her nickname when playing football many years ago. Tee is a student of life … she loves learning! Connection is her passion. She loves holding space for people to allow them to discover themselves, heal, connect to themselves, connect to others and to their environment. Yoga has been her lifesaver! Initially she started Yoga in 2007 as a way to exercise and cross train while she was practising other physical activity. It took a little while for her to experience and understand the deeper and more subtle aspects of Yoga but once she did (and continues to), Yoga has became part of her life. Tee has been working in the health and healing field for 17 years. She started working in a busy Chiropractic Practice as a front desk Chiropractic Assistant then went on to become a Chiropractor. After completing Chiropractic she completed her Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki Levels 1 and 2. Tee loves a holisitc lifestyle and the beach is her happy place. Tee is a positive “glass half full” person who inspires others to widen their perspective. Tee’s classes are nurturing and Soulful. You can expect to feel challenged but also leave feeling wholesome and centred.
MEET NATALIE
A Yoga and Pilates practitioner for over 10 years, Natalie has always had a holistic approach to life. Returning to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and leaving the corporate world behind, she decided to continue on that holistic path by sharing her love of Yoga and completing her 200 hr Teacher Training. Finding that beautiful balance between body, mind and spirit; that connection with breath, movement and Yogic philosophy, Natalie provides a welcoming, calm space for students of all levels. Her meditative flow allows for pause and presence in the moment and she encourages students to listen to their bodies both on and off the mat. When not teaching, you can find Natalie on the beach with her Border Collie, Bella or looking after her menagerie of chickens, ducks, geese and alpacas.
